The tunnel drying line is a tunnel-type chain mesh belt through-type drying equipment that uses specially designed chain transmission to convey workpieces. It is a novel continuous drying device with functions such as drying. Workers manually place the workpieces on the transmission chain mesh belt, which then pass through the drying process sequentially before being discharged. The mist inside the upper cover is extracted by the mist extraction fan and discharged into the main exhaust duct. This machine is fully functional, structurally sound, easy to operate, and delivers excellent drying results, making it highly significant for large-scale drying operations, improving the working environment, and enhancing quality. 1. Loading/Unloading Area:
A mesh belt is installed at the feed inlet, extending outside the machine body to form the loading area. After loading, the transmission enters the drying area, where hot air circulation performs the drying. An industrial fan is installed at the rear to cool the workpieces, and a mesh belt at the discharge outlet extends outside the machine body to form the unloading area. The mesh belt transmission chain forms a complete loop. The mesh belt is 0.8m above the ground for easy operator access.
2. Drying Area:
The equipment includes a drying area with electric (quartz tube) heating (a gas biomass pellet heating system can also be installed if needed). The temperature is adjustable from room temperature to 300°C. Systems for insulation, exhaust, temperature control, and mist extraction are installed to maintain adjustable constant temperature.
After workpieces enter the drying area from the loading area, they travel at a speed of 0.5-3m/min, undergoing drying at the set temperature before being discharged. Air circulation and exhaust systems are installed in the drying oven to ensure even heating of the workpieces and to extract exhaust fumes and mist, preventing pollution in the workshop environment.
3. Mesh Belt Conveyor Chain Transmission System:
The system features an enclosed loop mesh belt chain automatic transmission, approximately 26m in length. The track is U-shaped and connected with flanges/screws for stable and reliable operation. It includes a power unit, tensioning device, anti-slip rubber strips, passive gears, oil cups, hooks, etc., ensuring stable operation with adjustable speeds of 0.5-3m/min.
